It isn't necessary to read this entire review.... unless you're looking for THE BEST agent your money can buy. From start to finish John was amazing. The home was listed on Friday morning and sold by 7:00pm Sunday evening. My parents bought it new in 1965 and other than windows, kitchen floor and roof had done no other updates. John said all it needed was a good cleaning. When I turned on the A/C (I live out of town) it wouldn't cool the house. John had contacts for the cleaning and HVAC service it needed (at bargain rates) and told me what he was going to do and what he believed would happen. All I can say is that based on what did in fact happen, John is a Real Estate guru. Here's why I can say that with confidence: I had met with another realtor couple a few weeks prior to contacting John. They met me at the property and recommended refinishing the hardwood floors and painting. (I didn't turn on the A/C because it wasn't hot weather yet.) While they were evaluating things a neighbor stopped by acting like he was interested in paying cash. I quoted him a price and they said, "If you can get that much for this place, I'd definitely take it!" For some strange reason I'll never understand (but a true blessing in disguise), they ghosted me. That was one of the luckiest things that has ever happened to me because John sold it for MORE than the price I had quoted and that the other realtors thought would be a good deal for me!!!!!
