Once we arrived at the house, he was very detail oriented in pointing out potential issues and even though these homes were getting multiple offers, he made sure that potential issues were still addressed and brought up to the seller. I won the house I put the offer in on, beating out 12 other offers. He came up with a genius offer strategy, that I won’t disclose publicly, but i’m positive that was the difference between us getting the house and us not.
